•1To get the inquiry from clients and understand the requirements of the clients.
2To reply for the client��s inquiry in a timely manner by the salesman with an official offer to the client in a proforma invoice.
3To send samples for confirmation��For OEM,it is required that the samples should have to be worked out for confirmation��and get confirmation for the samples with the client��s signature.
4To confirm for the quantity of the order and production schedule with the client and then give them to the production department for accurate production plan.
5To sign the official order by the salesman with the client and get back the order with the client��s signature and corporate seal.
6To issue the production notice by the salesman and inform the factory to arrange the production in time.
7To confirm for the terms of inspection one week before the delivery and make an appointment with the client for goods inspection & inform the production department for the date of goods inspection.
8To confirm for the payment terms��L/C or T/T)
9To work out the documents such as export contract, commercial invoice,packing list and etc.with the packing information provided by the salesman.
10To get vessel booking, arrange container truck and customs declaration ready for shipping��
